Summer Tips to Stay Fit, Energetic and Healthy

Summer time is when many of my clients will indulge in one or more alcoholic drinks, an extra burger here, ice cream, various visually appealing drinks dressed up so nicely you can’t say no to them. Summer is a special time for many barbecues and gatherings all of which involve food and drinks. You don’t have to turn down invitations out of fear of undoing your hard work to stay fit, high energy and healthy. I recently came upon some really great summer time eating tips on Health Canada’s website. Rather than list them all here I am encouraging you to visit:  I liked what I saw!
